Virtual Culinary Medicine Series

Join us for an engaging virtual culinary medicine series designed for University of Toronto Family Medicine residents. Each session is led by a Registered Dietitian, Professional Chef, and Family Physician, combining practical cooking demonstrations with evidence‑based nutrition guidance for cardiometabolic health.

Learners will explore therapeutic diets, accessible and budget‑friendly strategies for healthy eating, and versatile cooking techniques that maintain or enhance nutritional quality. This interactive series supports the development of practical clinical skills to help residents provide effective, culturally sensitive nutrition counselling.
