Host Microbiome Interactions in Health and Disease

The Lawson Family Chair in Microbiome Nutrition Research invites you to attend the lecture, Host Microbiome Interactions in Health and Disease, presented by Dr. Eran Elinav

Professor Elinav is a professor at the Department of Immunology, Weizmann Institute of Science in Israel, and the director of the cancer-microbiome division, at the German Cancer Research Center in Heidelberg. His labs in Israel and Germany focus on deciphering the molecular basis of host-microbiome interactions and their effects on health and disease, with a goal of personalizing medicine and nutrition. Dr. Elinav has published more than 150 publications in leading peer-reviewed journals, including major recent discoveries related to the effects of host genetics, innate immune function and environmental factors, such as dietary composition and timing, on the intestinal microbiome and its propensity to drive multi-factorial disease.

Arrive early to reserve a seat.
