2025 Department of Family and Community Medicine Conference

The University of Toronto's Department of Family and Community Medicine Conference - Bringing Health Home: Elevating care in our communities will be taking place at Highland Hall, UTSC campus on May 13, 2025. It's an opportunity for faculty, staff and trainees to network and learn from the scholarly work of DFCM members.

The event will feature keynote lectures, research presentations, interactive workshops, oral papers and poster presentations.
