The Portfolio Diet


The Portfolio Diet is a plant-based way of eating that includes nuts, legumes and cereals, fruits and vegetables and meat alternatives that can lower cholesterol and can be as effective as drugs in lowering major cardiovascular risk factors.

Researchers at the Lawson Centre with the Canadian Cardiovascular Society and St. Michael's Hospital have created an updated infographic, that quickly conveys how to incorporate this dietary pattern into daily living.
