The Joannah & Brian Lawson Centre for Child Nutrition is pleased to announce a call for proposals for School-based Nutrition Graduate and Fellowship Awards. Funding is available to support graduate students (MSc, MPH, PhD), postdoctoral fellows and research personnel.
Value: Up to $80,000 per year
Duration: 1 year
Application Deadline: June 14, 2024.
Eligibility Criteria: Applicants must be a University of Toronto faculty and the project must align with one of the FKNM research tracks and research objectives identified on the application form.
Evaluation Criteria:
Proposals will be evaluated on the following criteria:
Alignment to one or more specific research tracks (10%)
Rigor and feasibility of proposed methods (50%)
Appropriate mix of relevant expertise on proposed research team (25%)
Well-justified, eligible research budget (15%)
Attention to knowledge translation, where appropriate
Application Review Process:
Applications will be reviewed by a small committee consisting of members of the Feeding Kids, Nourishing Minds steering committee.
