Culinary Medicine: Dietary Approaches to Dyslipidemia and Cardiovascular Risk Reduction
Join us for an afternoon of cooking demonstrations, food tasting and a simulated grocery shopping experience, informed by the latest nutrition evidence for dyslipidemia and cardiovascular risk reduction. A 3-course nutritious networking dinner served from 6:30 - 8:30 pm is included with the registration. The event features academic lectures and demonstrations led by physicians, dietitians and chefs.
Culinary Medicine: Dietary Approaches to Dyslipidemia and Cardiovascular Risk Reduction has been accredited by the University of Toronto's Continuing Professional Development office.
The workshop will be taking place in-person at George Brown College. We will gather in the modern lecture hall for academic presentations at George Brown College and then apply our learning at The Chef's House.
