Feeding Kids, Nourishing Minds School-based Research Initiative

The Feeding Kids, Nourishing Minds (FKNM) School-Based Nutrition Research Initiative is a series of studies on school food programs led by the Joannah & Brian Lawson Centre for Child Nutrition made possible through a $2 million donation President's Choice Children's Charity. The project aims to provide a comprehensive overview of school meal and snack programs in Canada and inform to the National School Food Policy.  

The project funded a number of studies including landscape policy analyses, systematic reviews, stakeholder analyses, measurement tool development and school food assessments.
